Refund and Cancellation Policy for Courses by Astrologer Parduman

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Participants:

   • Full Refund: If a participant cancels their enrollment at least 4 days before the course start date, they will receive a full refund.
   • Partial Refund: If a participant cancels within 3 days of the course start date, they will be eligible for a 50% refund.
   • No Refund: No refunds will be given if a participant cancels on or after the course start date or fails to attend the course.

2. Cancellation by Astrologer Parduman:

   • If the course is canceled by Astrologer Parduman for any reason, participants will receive a full refund.
   • Participants may also choose to transfer their enrollment to another course date or receive credit towards future courses.

Refund Process

1. Requesting a Refund:

   • Participants must request a refund by contacting our support team at 88140-50999 with their course details and reason for cancellation.
   • Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days from the date of request.

2. Method of Refund:

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
   • Participants who paid by credit card will see the refund credited back to their card. Those who paid via other methods will be contacted to arrange the refund.

Exceptions

1. Medical Emergencies:
   • In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, participants may request a special consideration for a full or partial refund. Supporting documentation may be required.
2. Course Transfers:
   • Participants wishing to transfer to a different course date must notify us at least 3 days before the original course start date. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Materials and Resources:
   • Any course materials, resources, or downloadable content provided as part of the course are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
2. Administrative Fees:
   • Any administrative or processing fees are non-refundable.
